Our Prix Fixe Furnishings packages are curated, not “decorated.” The stunning collections are hand-selected by Andrea Lawrence Wood. The quality woodwork and important art resonate with style. The bed linens, dinnerware and accessories complete the thoughtful assembly.

Prix Fixe Packages start at $167,500 for a 2 bedroom unit. Options are available for up to 5 bedrooms. No substitutions are allowed, which makes it possible for us to offer these whole-home packages at a cost-conscious price point. Eliminate the elongated challenge inherent in furnishing your condo on your own. Included in the packages is consultation with the internationally-known Andrea Lawrence Wood. Once you’ve made your selection, we take care of receiving and installation. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your new surroundings.
