DENVER, COLORADO
Two units were joined in this iconic condominium building on Cheesman Park in Denver designed by modernist architect Charles Sink. After completely gutting the units, Andrea Lawrence Wood redesigned the layout and detailed the spaces with an inlaid zebra tiled entry floor, Maya Romanoff marquetry wallcoverings in the coved Dining Room and Living Room ceilings, and a crisp white kitchen with Pratt and Larson custom colored backsplash tiles. Rugs from Doris Leslie Blau lay on the French White Oak floors and the built-in bar and pantry show Blue Tortuga slabs and a Sicis mural designed by Andrea Wood. The use of strong color and rich silk draperies are a reflection of the sophistication and refined eye of the owners.
